BEBE CAKES MONSTER COOKIE RECIPE

 I really cant believe I’m giving out Bebe Cakes statement cookie recipe! This recipe is super easy and great for any party or holiday, and also Gluten Free! Who doesn’t love peanut butter, oatmeal and chocolate?! Hope you enjoy them as much as my family and friends do! Also since this is my personal recipe, when making these and sharing them please use the name Bebe Cakes monster cookies, that’s all I ask is to give credit where credit is due ;)

Ingredients:

3 large eggs

1 cup sugar

1 1/4 cup brown sugar

14oz peanut butter (creamy)

1/2 cup butter(1 stick)

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

1 cup M&Ms

1 cup Chocolate Chips

4 1/2 cups oatmeal(quick oats)

Directions:

1) Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. or 325 convection.

2)In large bowl mix together eggs, sugar and brown sugar. Mix well, until it turns a light brown.

3) Mix in peanut butter, butter and vanilla. Mix well.

4) Add in M&Ms and chocolate chips. Then slowly add in the oatmeal, mix just until all ingredients come together.

5) Scoop cookies with a large ice cream scooper onto baking sheet, bake for 10-12 minutes. This recipe makes about 24 large cookies. If making smaller cookies reduce time to 8-10 mins.

6) Let cookies cool, eat immediately or store in an airtight container. They stay fresh for a few days, but best right out of the oven.

Tips:

-I use my kitchen aid mixer but a handheld mixer works also, just make sure your bowl is big enough for all ingredients.

-These cookies are very thick, if you prefer a flatter cookies add 2 tsp. baking soda.

-I know there isn’t a 14oz jar of peanut butter so I weigh mine out, or if you don’t have a scale then just use half of a 28oz jar.
